These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") and mari88 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing all access to and use of the online gaming services available at https://mari88.cam and any related subdomains, mobile applications, or ancillary services operated under the mari88 brand.

By creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the mari88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. These Terms are supplemented by additional policies including, but not limited to, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the mari88 platform by a Player.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the mari88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Services:

• You are acting on your own behalf and with your own funds. Gambling on behalf of another person or using funds that do not belong to you is strictly prohibited.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as prompted during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any detail changes.

mari88 is required to conduct KYC verification on all accounts. Verification may be requested at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at our reasonable discretion. You will be required to provide one or more of the following:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, or CIMB account matching the name on your mari88 Account).
• Source of funds documentation where required by our compliance team for large transactions.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested to do so may result in the temporary or permanent restriction of your Account, including suspension of withdrawal rights. mari88 accepts no liability for delays caused by a Player's failure to provide adequate verification documents.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify mari88 immediately by contacting our support team via live chat. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for additional security.

mari88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment channels: FPX bank transfer, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency wallets (BTC, ETH, USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account that (a) is registered in your full legal name as it appears on your KYC documents, and (b) uses the same payment method or bank account from which your most recent deposit was made, where practically applicable. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated. Withdrawals to e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval during normal operating conditions.

• Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts via DuitNow or FPX are typically processed within the same business day.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times; standard processing targets are within 60 minutes of approval.
• mari88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where KYC has not been fully completed.
• Any fees imposed by third-party payment providers are your responsibility unless explicitly waived by mari88 as part of a promotional offer.

mari88 operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal and to report any suspicious transaction to the relevant authorities where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a transaction is connected with money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity. Withdrawals will only be paid via the same method used for the corresponding deposit to the extent reasonably practicable.

All bonuses and promotions offered by mari88, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and the crypto deposit bonus, are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion and to these general bonus conditions.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed the required deposit and any applicable opt-in steps. Bonuses are not automatically credited unless stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the specified Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements vary by promotion and range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Only wagers placed on eligible game categories contribute to meeting the Wagering Requirement. Games with a contribution rate of 0% (which may include certain table games, live dealer games, or sports betting markets) do not count unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds expire if the applicable Wagering Requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Players found to be exploiting bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonuses without genuine gambling intent — will have their Bonus Funds voided and winnings derived from such activity forfeited.
• mari88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with active bonus balances at the time of a promotion change will be notified via their registered email address.

All bets placed on the mari88 platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, or any other gaming product — are subject to the following general betting rules in addition to any specific rules applicable to the individual game or market.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless the relevant game or market rules expressly permit in-play cash-out options.
• In the event of a technical fault, game error, or disconnection during a game round, bets will be settled in accordance with the outcome recorded on our game server logs, which are the authoritative record. Where a round cannot be completed due to a server error, wagers will be refunded.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that bet. Live (in-play) odds are updated in real time and reflect the current match situation.
• Fixtures for Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other markets are subject to postponement or cancellation. Where a fixture is postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours, all open bets on that fixture will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface. Placing bets that exceed stated limits using automated methods is prohibited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mari88 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: using stolen payment credentials, initiating unauthorised chargebacks, or engaging in money laundering through Platform transactions.
• Exploiting identified software bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any player who discovers a bug is required to report it to support immediately without exploiting it.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling. Commercial use, resale of Services, or acting as an intermediary for third-party players is prohibited.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

mari88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Reasonable belief that a Player is under 21 years of age.
• Request by the Player for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling Policy.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months where no deposits or wagers have been made.

Where an Account is closed for a suspected breach of these Terms, mari88 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where an investigation confirms a material breach, the balance may be forfeited. Where an investigation does not confirm a material breach, any legitimate balance will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable time.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact our support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days. Any eligible balance at the time of closure will be remitted to the Player's verified withdrawal method.

mari88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We take our duty of care seriously and have implemented the following player protection measures:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings or by contacting support. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure reminders and automatic session logouts to manage the duration of their playing sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal recreational gambling in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer any Platform software; or use any Platform content for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of mari88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mari88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or connected with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings resulting from technical faults, service interruptions, or disconnections.
• Loss or corruption of Account data.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
• Any action taken by mari88 in the lawful exercise of its rights under these Terms, including Account suspension or balance forfeiture following a confirmed breach.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by mari88 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, mari88 collects personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of personalised promotional communications where you have opted in. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain data under applicable anti-money laundering and regulatory requirements.

mari88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where we make a material change to these Terms, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their Account at least fourteen (14) days before the change takes effect, unless the change is required on an expedited basis due to legal or regulatory requirements.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Clause 9.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which mari88 holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and mari88 relating to these Terms or the Services, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Our team aims to respond to formal written complaints within five (5) business days.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the independent dispute resolution process specified by our licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available on request from our support team.
